These terms cover your use of DSHToolkit. By using the site you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
What this site is
DSHToolkit is an independent directory of plugins for DeepSeek Harness. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by DeepSeek. "DeepSeek", "DeepSeek Harness" and related names belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the site is about.
The site lists third-party software. We do not develop, host, distribute, or support any of the plugins listed. We link to them.
Accuracy and no warranty
Plugin metadata — star counts, licence, last-commit dates, languages, descriptions — is collected automatically from public GitHub data and refreshed periodically. It can be stale or wrong. Star counts change daily. A licence shown here may not match one the author changed yesterday.
The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any listed plugin works, is maintained, is secure, or is suitable for your purpose.
Installing third-party software is your decision and your risk. Read a plugin's source before you run it. We are not responsible for what a plugin does to your system, your data, or your bill.
Rankings and editorial independence
Unsponsored listings are ordered by GitHub stars. Payment never changes that order. Sponsored placements are visually labelled as sponsored and appear in designated slots, not inside the ranked list.
We reserve the right to decline or remove any listing — sponsored or not — for any reason, including if the software appears malicious, the repository disappears, or the project violates these terms. If a paid placement is removed for a reason within our control, the unused portion is refunded pro rata.
Submitting a plugin
Submitting a plugin is free. By submitting you confirm that:
- You are the author or maintainer of the plugin, or are authorised to submit it on their behalf.
- The information you provide is accurate.
- The plugin is publicly accessible and does not contain malware, telemetry you have not disclosed, or code designed to harm users.
We may edit submitted descriptions for length and clarity, and we may decline a submission without giving a reason. Submitting does not guarantee listing, and listing does not create any ongoing obligation on our part.
Sponsorship terms
Sponsorship placements are sold as described on the sponsor page. In addition:
- Payment is in advance. Placements go live after payment clears.
- Monthly placements run from the go-live date for the stated period and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops renewal and does not refund the current period.
- The one-time Verified badge is permanent for as long as the plugin remains listed and publicly accessible.
- No refund for change of mind after the placement is live. If we fail to publish a paid placement, the full amount is refunded.
- Content standards. Sponsor copy must be accurate and non-deceptive. We may edit or reject copy that is misleading, or that makes claims we cannot verify. We do not accept sponsors whose product we cannot honestly recommend.
- No guarantee of results. We do not promise impressions, clicks, signups, revenue, or any specific outcome. Historical traffic figures may be shared in good faith but are not a forecast.
Intellectual property
The site's own text, layout, and code are ours. Plugin names, descriptions, README excerpts, and trademarks belong to their respective authors. Descriptive excerpts from a repository's README are used for identification and commentary; each listing links to the original source.
If you are a plugin author and want your listing removed or its description changed, email us and we will do it. No argument required.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others, attempt to break it, or resell its contents as your own directory. Reasonable automated access to public pages is fine; bulk mirroring is not.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or of any software it links to. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which for most visitors is zero.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator resides. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. Placements already paid for are governed by the terms in effect when they were purchased.
